How do I place an order?
Ordering felts from Onlinefelt.com is quick and easy. After you select an item, our website will guide you through checkout. If you prefer not to order online, you may place an order by emailing us.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
One roll is our minimum which is 20 yards.
How do I get discounted prices?
We provide discount prices for orders of 1,000 yards and up. Please email us with your inquiries.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is always free at the Online Felt store. Unfortunately, we o not offer free shipping to down below states:
Hawai, Porto Rico, and any other U.S. address outside of the USA
Can I change my order at any time?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed on our website. We can change an order only if it is not shipped out yet.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
We ship to P.O. boxes our 9x12" felt sheets only. If you need a roll, you must provide a physical address.
How do I cancel an order?
Please have your order number handy, then email us. If your order is not shipped, we can cancel your order.
When will my order ship?
Please allow us 24 to ship your order. We will ship orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order at 3:30 pm PST, your order will be shipped the next day. Any order placed on a weekend or C.A. state/national holiday will be processed the following business day.
Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect 9.5% sales tax for the state of California.
Which carriers are you using for the shipping?
We use UPS and FedEx for felt rolls. And USPS for smaller items. If you order more than eight rolls and have a business address, we can send it via LTL.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the season and carries, orders usually take 2-7 business days. For any LTL orders, it might take up to 10 business days. We have expedited shipping options available. Please get in touch with us if you need any expedited shipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept all returns except customized, cut, sewn, modified, altered, washed, or changed felts. Due to the nature of the business, a 30% restocking fee applies. Pre-cut pieces and any customized orders are non-returnable. Please get in touch with us first regarding your return request. We can not accept returns without prior authorization and are subject to approval by Online Felt Store. The customer is responsible for return shipping!
